CleanStream XL 12.7" Spinning Automatic Enema Bulb With 5 Jet Rotating Nozzle

Take the hassle out of anal prep with the CleanStream XL Spinning Automatic Enema Bulb, a rechargeable cleansing system combining rotating water jets, adjustable spray pressure and an extra-large reservoir.

The tapered silicone nozzle features five water jets, with one at the tip and four surrounding jets providing 360-degree coverage as the nozzle rotates. Choose from 3 spray speeds and 3 rotation speeds independently, giving you control over both water flow and movement for a more customised clean.

A generous 600ml reservoir means fewer refills, while dual one-way valves help prevent water from flowing back into the bulb during use. The included remote puts the spray and rotation controls within easy reach, and the IPX7 waterproof design makes cleaning the device simple. Apply a generous amount of water-based lubricant to the insertable nozzle before use and reapply as needed.

Once you're finished, empty the reservoir and thoroughly clean the nozzle and device according to the care instructions, then allow all components to dry completely before storage.
